Congratulations Kristin, Craig and William!

Meet Creighton August Kelly. He was born on Wednesday, August 26th and weighed in at 5 pounds, 11 ounces! He's a tiny, beautiful, little peanut and McKenna is madly in love with him! It's been a while since our family has been around an infant so it took some encouragement to get Jarrod to hold Creighton. McKenna would have held him FOREVER and is already asking to go see him again.

Congratulations sweet friends! We love you guys and are so happy for you!

Camping with Friends

We had a blast camping with John and Amy at Tyler State Park. The kids stayed home with Nana and Bob-bob. We found a great campsite with a trail to a private "beach". We stayed in the water most of the days and were pleasantly surprised at the weather during the night.

Kyoto with Gran-Mommy

Happy Mother's Day Mom!

We wanted to take Gran-mommy to Kyoto and KK couldn't go without asking her best bud WHK to go with us. They love the Hibachi Grill!

Walk for Life

This was our second year to participate in the Walk for Life to support our local Pregnancy Resource Center. Last year the kids only made one mile. This year they completed the 2 mile walk! Good job kiddos! It was a great day for a walk around the Harbor with friends.

Beavers Bend

Well we actually got away for a weekend without the kids! Woo-hoo!

Our ABF growth group leaders organized a great get away at Beavers Bend for a marriage retreat. We and 2 other couples camped...yes in a tent instead of staying at the lodge! It was cold (at night) but we had a blast hanging out by the camp fire. Luckily I kept enough bug spray on me to keep the ticks away. Jarrod and John weren't so fortunate. So far, neither of them have had any weird symptoms so we think they're healthy.

Our activities included biking, canoing, hiking, and smoring. We had lots of fun but did miss the kids. We'll definitely have to take the kids camping at Beavers Bend. It was beautiful and they would have loved canoing the mini rapids. Our biking experience was interesting. We rode/pushed our bikes up what we thought was a bike trail only to figure out that it was a steep hiking trail to a lookout. Jarrod was the only one that rode all the way up...the rest of us pushed our bikes to the top. I'm married to such a hot stud! :) We ALL rode down the trail (which was a blast) just in time to get reprimanded by one of the park police officers. That's when we found out that the half torn up no-biking symbol at the trail entrance really meant NO BIKING! Oops!

Hang'in Out With Friends

Wow! A jewel for KK. Hooray Kenna. Maybe we'll get your book completed this year!
