KK's class went on a field trip today to Owens Farm. We went on a hay ride, fed some animals and planted a pumpkin seed. Supposedly this one pumpkin seed can produce 2-3 pumpkins...that is if we can keep it alive. We're going to give it a try. My track record isn't the greatest when it comes to plants but hopefully we'll have some big, healthy pumpkins by the fall.
